Emerson’s is on the lookout for driven and talented customer service advocates who want to be part of our team.  We brew and deliver our iconic range of beers in a fast-paced market and working environment, and our team work hard to ensure our service and offering is just as iconic as our beers.

We have an opportunity for passionate people to join our team and be part of delivering a truly outstanding customer experience.  These roles are based in Dunedin at our “spiritual home” and will report to  our Venue Manager.

As a part of our team you will play an integral part in helping to bring our vision life.  You will be passionate about service, learning and creating an outstanding experience.  This is a fantastic opportunity to help build an icon from the ground up. 

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Working full-time hours on a rostered basis
  • Ensuring that your customer service is outstanding
  • Ensuring that you are adhering to all company systems and policies
  • Complying with all legislative requirements
  • Ensuring all stock, till and company records are accurately completed
  • Helping to ensure that we run a responsible venue
  • Helping to ensure that everyone (staff, customers and suppliers) has an outstanding experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A demonstrated passion for delivering outstanding service
  • A passion for craft beer
  • Experience in customer service
  • An ability to both follow systems to ensure consistent service delivery
  • A community focussed outlook
  • A desire for constant improvement
