We are currently recruiting for a Change and Capability Lead to join the People and Culture – Finance, ES & IT team. Reporting into the People & Culture Director – Finance, ES & IT, this role is based in Sydney and is a 10-month contract opportunity.
The purpose of this role is to partner Business Process Excellence (BPE) to lead change that unlocks the benefits and value of SAP through end to end process optimisation and standardised work. You will lead the engagement of key cross-functional stakeholders to deploy change initiatives to embed new ways of working (process excellence and ownership) in an SAP environment.
You will also be responsible for creating and executing capability & training plans to support the stabilisation or our SAP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives successfully.
To excel in this role, you will have an HR or Change background, with experience in leading change projects and building high-quality change, communication and capability plans. Strong communication, business partnering, and coaching skills are also highly beneficial.
