Based at our Bentley site we have an excellent opportunity for a Packaging Operator to join the team. You will report to the Manufacturing Team Leader and you will be responsible for ensuring all packaging functions are carried out in an effective, efficient and timely manner and for delivering product safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with minimal waste in the correct quantity when it is required.
Note that this is a rotating roster spanning 6 days of the week. You will work 4 days of those, across morning and afternoon shifts.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Operators in this role may be required to change tasks throughout the day depending on labour demand, including but not limited to: alternating filling machines, daily corridor.
To be successful in this role you will be a competent and licensed forklift and electric walkie stacker operator. You will pride yourself on your excellent time management and written and verbal communication skills, and ideally be computer literate in SAP, MS Office and iFix. FMCG manufacturing process knowledge will hold you in good stead as will your ability to work unsupervised.
