We have exciting opportunities to be part of the team at Tooheys as a Shift Maintenance Fitter supporting the brewery operations, based in Lidcombe.

In this role you will deliver the plant reliability plan to support the production departments to deliver on their targets, this includes first response for breakdowns along with delivering planned maintenance.

In this role you will bring your:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities
• Demonstrated learning agility, the drive to achieve results and deliver on promises.
• Change agile mindset and a proven team player
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and Mechanical trade qualification
• True safety leader mindeset and application of the very best standards
• Demonstrated experience in either a trade leadership or job planning role
• Desire for personal and professional development and growth 

These roles operate on a rotating roster which includes day, evening, and night shifts.
