We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior marketer to join the team as Marketing Manager – New Brands. This newly created role reports to our Consumer & Planning Director and is based at Freemans Bay & flexibly from home.
The core purpose of this role is to deliver the P&L for new categories and new brands – specifically the Seltzers category and new brands across the Lion portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing new brands strategy and ongoing management, and the go-to-market strategies – including communications development and execution. You will also specifically own the NZ Seltzer portfolio strategy, which will include working with the Innovation team to deliver a 3-year pipeline.
We want someone who has extensive marketing experience they can leverage to really drive these new brands, has the confidence to be agile and experiment, with the ability to engage stakeholders across the business to get results.
