We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Credit Manager to join our Enterprise Services (ES) team. This is a permanent position based in our Sydney Olympic Park office with flexibility to also work from home.
The key purpose of this position is to provide leadership to deliver customer focused credit services and partner commercial stakeholders to optimise credit risk, governance and compliance processes via best practice to drive continuous improvement through a high performing team (on shore and offshore). You will be able to apply strong knowledge of business drivers and thrive on partnering stakeholders and leading change to drive continuous improvement across our Order to Cash processes through end to end process excellence, best practice SAP and industry benchmarks and automation in collections.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience leading high performing teams and implementing process excellence initiatives and quality governance frameworks to develop and execute customer focused solutions. leading and developing high performing teams. Strong change management experience coupled with a proficient understanding of Credit Services, risk and governance and business drivers will be the baseline for your success in this role. We’re looking for demonstrated ability to apply knowledge of business drivers, data driven insights and build strong relationships and influence senior leadership and stakeholders of all levels. This position is an opportunity to optimise processes, systems and ways of working to make a real commercial difference. Broad end to end order to cash process knowledge in a SAP4 Hana environment is desirable.
