We currently have a rewarding full time fixed term opportunity in the Supply Chain Operations team at Wetherill Park. This position will be reporting into the Technical Leader. Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain Quality and Environment Management systems through accreditation requirements and corporate technical standards.

Making safety a priority, you will be responsible for document control coordination, developing and maintaining HACCP and coordinating reviews. You will also plan and participate in license requirements for risk activities.

Specifically, you will also be responsible for:

  • Providing input into PIF reviews by R&D
  • Monitoring and trending daily CCP monitoring
  • Acting as a SEQIS super-user and providing SEQIS training
  • Planning and conducting accreditation requirements and internal processes
  • Acting as the Audit lead for Internal Audit of Food Safety and Food Quality requirements, and ISO14001 requirements
  • Coordinating the schedule for audits (3rd party, Internal, Warehouse)
  • Coordination of investigations to close out audit CAPA’s, incidents, etc.
  • Providing technical support to external departments and business partners
  • Leading and maintaining pre-requisite activities as required by HACCP
  • Maintaining and developing cost effective and sustainable operations through continuous improvement initiatives, using OPEX

  • Experience or participation in HACCP teams
  • Strong customer service and communication skill
  • The ability to balance multiple competing priorities
  • Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Package including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate level skills in general computer usage to support SAPQM and SEQIS utilisation
  • Takes personal responsibility for implementing business processes and decisions
