We have an exciting opportunity in our Workplace services team for a Workplace Services Executive to join us on a 12-month secondment. The role reports to the Workplace Services Leader and is based in our Olympic Park office.
This role is highly customer focused and has a large number of customers and stakeholders all with varying requirements. It is responsible for a broad range of activities relating to office management, processing invoices, and facilities management. As the role and team are a key contact for Lion when visitors arrive a high standard or professionalism and presentation of yourself and our spaces is paramount.
Being successful in this role will require demonstration of strong prioritisation, organisation and leadership capabilities. Your desire to own and deliver all aspects of the role, while winning together as a team is vital, combined with your proactive mindset. Process innovation and improvement across all aspects of this role will be a key expectation.
This role operates on an 8:00am to 4:00pm shift.
