Are you a passionate sales person with a hunger for driving territory sales? We currently have full-time Vacant Outbound Sales Executive positions in the NSW Dairy & Drinks Sales Team, reporting to one of our NSW Regional Sales Managers. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a phone-based Territory Manager and drive sales of Australia’s most popular Dairy & Drinks brands, including Dairy Farmers milk, Dare Iced Coffee, Daily Juice and Yoplait in our existing customers. This is a perfect role to fast track a successful sales career as there is a lot opportunity for career progression in a large FMCG organisation.
 

This role provides a lot of flexibility and work life balance, being a 100% work from home role at least until the end of 2020. 
 

Driving increased distribution of Lion Dairy & Drinks products throughout the designated territory customers, you will be expected to:

  • Achieve volume growth and distribution targets within designated customer base
  • Achieve outbound daily call rate targets in existing customers
  • Execute sell in and activation of sales drive promotional activities
  • Drive value with our customer investments through negotiating for ranging in store
  • Look for new business opportunities to drive distribution and sales
  • Build and develop relationships with your customer base, in order to drive volume growth
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with field-based Territory Managers and Distributors
  • Partner with state-based Territory Managers to drive growth in allocated regions by actively participating in scheduled days in trade
  • Liaise with distributors to ensure sales are maximised within both distributor and company held accounts


Areas of Capability:

  • Selling and negotiating skills
  • Strong knowledge and navigation of Microsoft Office programs
  • Building trusting relationships and the ability to influence key stakeholders
  • The ability to translate selling insights into compelling opportunities and benefits for the customer
  • Demonstration of commercial acumen and the ability to confidently have compelling margin and growth-related discussions with customers
  • Planning and prioritising customer calls in a disciplined and effective manner to achieve maximum call rates and returns per day
  • Collaborating effectively across teams and functions
  • Preferred knowledge of CRM systems (Siebel) desired
  • Previous experience in a selling environment
