CCFA (Chilled Capital Foods Australia) is a Joint Venture between LION (75%) and Bega (25%) manufacturing and distributing the iconic Canberra Milk brand for over 30 years. CCFA also distributes great brands from our Owners including: Dairy Farmers, DARE, Farmers Union, Moove, Daily Juice & Berri, and Bega cheese to ACT customers, including some Southern Regions of NSW.
We currently have the opportunity for a Network Partner Manager for Canberra Milk to join our team on a full-time basis in Canberra, ACT, with the CCFA Office located in Kingston.
In this key role, you will manage and continuously improve CCFA’s Logistics & Franchise Network, including Franchise Owners, Regional Freight and the local Canberra delivery network (KRT), while ensuring we are doing the right thing for our business in the most appropriate and cost effective way while supporting our customers.
Focus areas include driving growth within the network, ensuring distributor network compliance (e.g. Cold Chain, CoR, HACCP and Franchiser), while managing the day to day operation to deliver Service and Costs targets, delivering within AOP (budget) inclusive of freight and Franchise network and identifying and delivering efficiencies for the business.
Your strengths will include understanding and addressing the root causes of service failures and confidence in your ability to be the single point of contact for the distributor network, coordinating activities across CCFA functions. You are passionate about meeting (and exceeding) Customer Service Objectives, building enduring relationships, driving improvements and efficiencies while also building capability in others.
Your knowledge of logistics networks, combined with your commercial mindset and ability to deliver sustainable Continuous Improvement will be highly regarded. You will possess exceptional customer service orientation and have a collaborative approach to enable you to effectively negotiate and build critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Experience within distributor networks and contractor management in transport, distribution, warehousing or 3PL environments is vital to your success.
