Following an internal move, we are now looking for our next Business Development Manager - On Premise to deliver profitable sales growth through an outstanding customer experience. This is a permanent opportunity, reporting to our On Premise Director and is based in Wellington.
As the Business Development Manager you will play a lead role in working collaboratively with Regional Sales Managers to develop and execute On Premise regional plans and supporting the development of the Field Sales capability plan for On Premise. Also, key to this role will be to develop and execute the roll out of future concept and design lead venues in relation to the regional plan.
This role is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and vibrant sales professional who thrives on winning new business to deliver exceptional and sustainable business outcomes for our customers and Lion New Zealand.
You will have a strong track record in team leadership, developing strong business relationships with customers, and negotiating mutually beneficial commercial outcomes. You will be adept at building collaborative relationships across the business, have a growth mindset and a curiosity and resilience to experiment, fail and learn.
