We are currently recruiting a CX Optimisation Leader to join our Customer Experience team. This role reports to our Customer Experience Director, and is based in Auckland.
As our CX Optimisation Leader you will be responsible for leading the seamless execution of continuous improvement initiatives that deliver growth and enhanced customer experience. Your knowledge of order to cash systems and sales processes will set you up for success in this role, along with your ability to partner across the business and influence cross functionally to achieve results.
You will be a strong advocate for customer experience and you will be comfortable working through high levels of ambiguity and complexity
