We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity for a Sales & Marketing professional to join the Sales Operations team as a Sales Planning and Communications Manager, which will report through to our Field Sales Director. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity until December 2020.

This role represents a great opportunity to gain exposure to the activation and planning processes required to enable Lion’s sales teams to deliver exceptional infield results.

Along with leading the Marketplace Communications Executive, Marketplace Execution Executive and Design Executive towards achieving their goals, the primary purpose of the role is to partner with our sales teams to ensure activation is planned in order to execute with excellence, while supporting with internal and external communications to our teams and to customers alike.

We are looking for someone with experience in:

  • Deep and sophisticated knowledge of communications principles
  • Understanding of how to engage and motivate people to act
  • Self-starter, proactive in seeking out new business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills -strength in creating and facilitating effective partnerships with senior leaders

You may have seen that Kirin & Lion have announced the sale of Dairy & Drinks business to Mengniu Dairy Company Limited (Mengniu Dairy) on a standalone basis, pending regulatory approvals. We believe this sale will allow Dairy & Drinks to benefit from access to leading-edge dairy research and development capability as well as further investment as part of the Mengniu Dairy business.
