We are now on the lookout for a dedicated People & Culture Change Leader to join the People & Culture Marketplace team, partnering the Marketing and Malt Shovel teams as well as managing various marketplace people initiatives.
This role will report to our Culture and Change Leader and is a fixed term contract (maternity cover), until December 2020, based in Sydney at our York Street Office.
In this role you will partner the Business Leaders to lead culture, change and engagement initiatives, as well as support broader marketplace initiatives.
To help you achieve in this role you will call on your well-developed coaching skills, experience in leading culture and change projects, business acumen and generalist HR experience. Data analysis and insight generation will also be highly advantageous to help make data driven decisions.
