Our Lion Global Markets Logistics team are currently looking for two Export Logistic Coordinators to their join the team. This role is based in our Freeman’s Bay office in Auckland and will report to the Export Logistics Leader (Leanne Byers).
As part of the Global Markets Logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service including accurate processing of all export orders, from order receipt to preparation of documentation and process improvement outcomes to our international distribution partners.
In addition, you will produce accurate reporting to support stakeholder needs and partner with internal function to ensure orders are delivered in full on time and error free.
Your experience within an export business or exceptional customer service skills will set you up for success in this role. You will have a proactive mindset, with the ability to use your initiative and anticipate the needs of our customers.
