We have an exciting opportunity to join People Services team as a HR Administrator based at our Sydney Olympic Park office on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The HR Administrator will be part of a close-knit team, primarily responsible for the management of employment contract administration, timely and accurate execution of changes to organisation chart within the Payroll system, and for providing front line assistance to general HR enquiries.
You will be responsible for creating an engaging, consistent experience for leaders and team members within Lion when contacting People Services. With our Customer at the Heart of everything we do, you will identify opportunities to create efficiencies within the end-to-end processes, ensuring greater experiences.
You will bring your proven attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with your ability to effectively communicate and prioritise. Your time management will be second to none. This may be a great role for someone who has starting on their HR journey and is looking to build on their experience.
