We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Account Manager to join our team in Victoria. Reporting into our State Sales Manager – VIC/TAS, Scott McLean, this is an excellent leadership role that offers an opportunity to have a substantial impact on business growth through the management of state Wholesale and Education accounts, and to coach and develop a team of five Multi Channel Territory Manager, as well as a Dare Van driver.
You’ll be an inspiring in-field coach who is energised by achieving through others. Your commercial acumen and in-depth understanding of your region will allow you to cascade business strategy into a regional strategy, and create new and innovative ways to create growth, engagement and capability in your area. You will bring knowledge of all FMCG channels, with strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
