Reporting to the NLS Network Leader, you will provide outstanding Logistics claims management and governance to the National Logistics network using automated process to deliver valuable insight and drive Logistics claims improvement.
You will use your ability as a business partner to juggle multiple priorities and drive operational and commercial outcomes for the teams. Your engaging communication style will see you influence with key stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
Central to your success will be your proven experience in customer claims management and your ability to lead automated process such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
