We currently have an exciting opportunity working with our international premium brands, including Guinness, Heineken, Moretti and Kirin as a Market Activation Executive in Victoria. This role will strive to deliver a three-way win for our customers, consumers and our premium brands at Lion.
Reporting to our Precinct Sales Manager VIC and based in Camberwell, Melbourne the successful applicant will be key to ensuring best in class engagement and activation of Lion’s International Premium brands in VIC/TAS/SA and NT so there will be travel required in this role.
In this role you will be working to accelerate our premium brands presence and experience in the marketplace, where you will be supporting the execution of Brand led Point of Connection activity. You will be driving our exclusive on-premise programs including designing and executing the path to purchase, bar staff training, negotiating and reviewing progress.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-driven & resourceful team member with strong stakeholder influencing skills, the ability to build trusting relationships, and advanced selling and negotiating skills in these channels. A good understanding of field sales or trade marketing would be beneficial.
