We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vendor Experience Leader to join the team. This is a full time, permanent position based at our Sydney Olympic Park office, reporting to our Payment Services Manager.
This role will see you lead the delivery of Payment Services, Vendor Catalogue and Buyer outcomes across Lion through a highly engaged onshore and offshore team. Your key responsibilities will be the execution of month end processes with accuracy and meeting deadlines, completing monthly analysis of results in line with Lion reporting requirements, and managing our new Catalogue and Buyer processes.
This is a Leadership role, with direct reports and a broader team located across geographical locations. You will be able to bring your strategic mindset to the role to lead continuous improvement by partnering internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement system and process improvements of Industry Best Practice. You will be able to effectively coach a broad range of users on best practice and work with key stakeholders to ensure Lion’s purchasing practices are accurate and robust, while championing the financial and reputational risk management activities that are a core remit of our Enterprise Services team.
To be considered for this position, you will have experience in leading an Accounts Payable operational team, and in depth knowledge of end to end procurement processes in a large organization with a high-volume transaction environment. You will have an agile way of working and proven experience in leading and implementing change. Current SAP experience is highly desirable.
