Emerson’s is on the lookout for a passionate and talented Sous Chef wanting to be part of our hospitality icon in Dunedin and Otago. We brew and deliver our iconic range of beers in a fast-paced market and working environment.
Join our team and be part of the creation of a truly outstanding venue. The role is based in Dunedin at our new “spiritual home” and will report to our Head Chef.
As part of our kitchen team you will play an integral part in helping to bring our vision life. You will be passionate about amazing food and creating an outstanding experience. This is a once in a career opportunity to help build an icon from the ground up.
As Sous Chef you will need to ensure communication between the kitchen and the floor is excellent, all company systems and policies are adhered to and that everyone (staff, customers and suppliers) has an outstanding experience.
