We are currently recruiting for a Customer Account Executive to join our Lion Connect team. This role is based at our Sydney Olympic Park office, which offers an on-site gym and bar. This is a 10-month FTC opportunity.


The purpose of this role is to contribute to mutual growth by:

  • Delivering an effortless and engaging customer experience by partnering with stakeholders through efficient and proactive management of our Nationals Customers
  • Timely and accurately processing of order placement
  • Manage and review credit related issues and pricing claims
  • First call resolution and managing stock levels
  • Ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Manage customer service enquiries and support Sales Representatives and Key Account Managers in responding to customer requests in an appropriate and responsive manner
  • Act as a liaison for Lions key corporate national accounts


To excel in this role strong stakeholder management skills are essential, paired with high attention to detail and competent communication skills. Experience working in in a contact centre environment would be beneficial.
