We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Team Leader to join Lion on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a full time position that reports to the Credit Services Leader and is based at our Sydney Olympic Park office.
This role will see you lead a team of approx. 12 direct reports in the Collections activities across our business. Your team will be a mixture of permanent and contingent credit executives.
We are looking for someone with strong people management experience. As this is a new team structure, you will need to be adaptable and demonstrate previous experience in change management and have managed minimum 5-10 direct reports. Whilst previous credit experience isn’t a firm requirement you will need to have a solid understanding of the credit function and grasp key drivers of the debtors’ activities and collections process overall.
