Wither Hills is an icon of the New Zealand wine industry – with our Cellar Door venue one of the most visited in the Marlborough region. Wither Hills adjoining Restaurant is now on the lookout for an experienced, passionate and talented Head Chef who wants to be part of a fun, committed and experienced team. Based out of Blenheim and reporting to the Venue Manager, this is an excellent leadership opportunity leading a small team with a focus on safety, quality, process excellence, culture and brand experience. You will have full control of the kitchen including supply chain, costings, recruitment and stock management. Strong leadership skills coupled with a passion for mentoring, training and helping team members develop is essential to continue to evolve the customer experience. Our wine centric dining experience utilises seasonal produce and you will have full creative license around menu design.
