We have an exciting opportunity to join the Workplace Services Team as a Corporate Receptionist. The role reports to the Workplace Services Manager and you will be based in our Sydney Olympic Park office. This is a permanent part-time role and for two days per week on Mondays and Tuesdays. You must be available to work shared shift hours of 8:00am - 4:00pm and of the 9:00am – 5:00pm.
This role is highly customer focused and has a large number of customers and stakeholders all with varying requirements. It is responsible for a broad range of activities relating to office and facilities management and administration, agility and prioritisation are critical to success in the role. Your responsibilities will include many different focus areas, including but not limited to:
• Co-ordinating the daily operations of Reception and facilities • Call management including redirecting incoming calls, outgoing calls• Delivering excellent customer service through the meet and greet of external and internal visitors,• Effective management of mail and courier processes and systems• Delivering process innovation and improvements to all aspects of the role
Lastly, as with any Reception roles, you will be the face of Lion when visitors come to us, and so your professionalism and ability to pick up ad hoc tasks will be paramount.
Your background in a similar role to juggle multiple priorities and make & take ownership of decisions, as well as using your ability to generate insights to improve and implement business performance will be utilised extensively.
