The Lion Finance and Planning team is currently looking for a Risk and Resilience Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis, reporting directly in to the Group Risk and Resilience Manager.


The role is to enhance and protect value by providing specialist advice/support, and assistance in the management of the Group’s risks to deliver commercial and financial outcomes and preserve the Group’s long-term viability.


The successful applicant will be required to support delivery of practical strategic commercial advice to support, protect and drive business performance, in addition to preparation of accurate, timely and high-quality reporting. This incumbent would also be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial & operational risk management advice.


Additionally, the role will adhere to relevant financial policies, governance,  risk management and business continuity frameworks.


Your past experience will include at least 5 years’ in a similar specialist risk field, including knowledge in the development & maintenance of business continuity programs, plans and validation exercises.  Some experience working with a global organisation would be desirable.


You are a dynamic individual who will use your stellar business advisory skills to build strong relationships and drive commercial outcomes in key partnership with your stakeholders. You will use your commercial curiosity and strong people skills and commercial acumen to drive continuous improvement within the wider team.  Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will use your ability to juggle multiple priorities to drive achievement.
