We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Leader to join our Capital Chilled Foods (Australia) within our Sales & Customer Service function, based in Canberra and reporting into the Key Account and Customer Service Manager.
The successful applicant for this position will lead, develop and inspire the Service Operations team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through best practices for our customers in line with strategy, and help foster a high performing culture.
In this role you will build strong and engaging relationships with a diverse mix of customers across ACT & NSW to increase sales and distribution of products across the market we serve.
To be successful in this role, you will have honed relationship management skills, strong leadership and influencing abilities (for both internal stakeholders, the team and external customers) to get the best outcomes. Sales experience & familiarity with SAP systems would be highly advantageous for this role. You will have proven experience in leading and developing others (ideally within a contact centre environment).
