Reporting to the Head of Hospitality, this is an excellent leadership opportunity focusing on safety, quality, process excellence, culture and strategy. As our Group Executive Chef, you will set the direction and strategy for our multiple kitchen operations (in both owned and partnered venues) and lead our people to deliver commercial achievement.
If you possess strong leadership skills, broad and in-depth understanding of hospitality industry trends, financial & budget management of food operations, wage costs forecasting, sales analysis and reporting and have the ability to work cross functionally easily with other key stakeholders and departments to influence outcomes then we would love to hear from you.
