Due to a team member’s maternity leave to commence in June, we are seeking a Commercial Manager to join the Off Premise Commercial Sales team on a 12-month secondment based in our Freemans Bay, Auckland office.
In this dynamic role, you will be an effective commercial partner to the Field Sales director and the Field Sales teams to enable the delivery of sales targets and positive customer engagement. Your Business Partnering will support specific sales led customer activities and banner strategies whilst providing analytical insights to help anticipate their needs.
You will also analyse business performance/forecast, manage the overhead process at month end, and play a key part in rolling out commercial sales capability to the teams.
Ideally you will be highly analytical with the ability to coach and build capability in a non-financial and technical manner and display strong business acumen with an ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of levels of stakeholders.
Whilst this role has no direct reports, this junior Commercial Manager role might suit a high performing Senior Commercial Analyst looking to take a step up in business partnering senior stakeholders, whilst being exposed to a variety of exciting and diverse sales initiatives.
