Consumer, Quality & Environment Systems Coordinator

An opportunity has arisen for a Consumer, Quality & Environment Systems Coordinator on a permanent basis to manage Safety, Environment, Quality Information System (SEQIS). Furthermore, to maintain accreditation requirements and corporate technical standards, as well as actively driving customer complaints investigations.

This role reports to the Technical Leader and will be based Penrith.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Consumer complaints site champion –  Accountable for: investigations, reporting, trending and follow up
  • Trend and report to site on WIP/incoming goods compliance
  • Drive document control co-ordination and update process with relevant site parties
  • Maintain all relevant Environment & Quality management systems to support ISO14001, FSSC22000 and customer standards
  • Review and maintain the Site’s Aspects & Impacts Register and align with Group Environmental Strategies
  • Organise Legal Compliance Audit and implement findings 
  • Planning, conducting, assessing internal audits against accreditation requirements 
  • Implement streamlined solutions using OPEX to deliver 

You will use your strong background in a similar role with exceptional manufacturing acumen and the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment. Additionally, your superior analytical and problem-solving abilities will be paramount in this role to drive continuous improvement.
