Little Creatures was born out of the love of great beer. We don’t want to just sell beer, we want to share it with our growing community of friends over great food and good music. Little Creatures will be setting up shop in Hobsonville, bringing all of our knowledge and passion for hospitality with us. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.
We are looking for a talented, hands on Senior Sous Chef to assist the Executive and Head chefs in all aspects of a very large and busy kitchen operation. You will lead and develop the kitchen team below you to deliver best-in class service, as well as roll your sleeves up and pitch in when required.
Along with your passion for food and knowledge of current food trends, you will bring creativity, flair and flexibility as well as charisma and a drive to succeed. You will ideally have experience in a very busy a la carte environment at a senior level, have a can do attitude and cope well with the pressure of running a complex kitchen.
