We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Lion Connect team as a Customer Experience and Service Development Leader, reporting directly in to the Best Practice & Optimisation Leader.
The successful applicant will lead the delivery of systems and process optimisation across current and new business to drive growth and effortless customer experience in line with the Lion Connect strategy.
In this role, you will manage the implementation of best practice learnings that drive our Contact Centre efficiency and Customer experience as well as partner customers and business leaders to deliver on customer experience. You will partner with internal Sales, New Business stakeholders to ensure Lion Connect is engaged and utilised in the best way to delivery their customer experience goals.
In this role, you will need to be a self-driven & resourceful leader with strong stakeholder influencing skills, both internally within Lion and externally with our customers. The ability to lead and develop people and a strong business acumen is also of critical importance.
