We are seeking a trade qualified individual with a NSW Electrical license to join our Maintenance Team at our facility based in Leeton, NSW.  We are a hands-on team providing breakdown and preventative maintenance support to our plant and equipment, Work week is Monday to Friday, possible shift coverage and call-outs if required.

In this role you will be responsible for attending to repairs and breakdowns of production and machinery in a timely manner, perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with planned and unplanned work schedules and perform tasks in accordance with Australian electrical standards as well as company’s electrical standards. You will also be required to assist in the diagnosis, analysis and rectification of technical problems, proactively support all maintenance programs to all stakeholders and ensure the execution of safety standards into all repairs and maintenance activities. Stainless Welding is also a major part of this role, along with assist with major projects and equipment installs.

To achieve success in this role, you will need:

• NSW Electrical license and an Australian trade qualification
• Ability to supervise team members when required
• Post trade Industrial experience in installations, fault finding, repairs and maintenance on manufacturing equipment (preferably food manufacturing equipment)
• Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively maintain relationships, communicate and collaborate with all parts of the business
• Problem solving skills and the ability to set priorities’ and multitask
• Ability to identify improvements in maintenance practices and plant performance
• Team player mindset
