As a Customer Service and Sales Consultant, you will seek to delight new and existing customers by delivering an efficient and effective service during each interaction. You will perform promotional activity and cross sell/up sell on campaigns to build strong customer relationships to deliver commercial outcomes.
An effective team player with a focus on providing world class customer service, you will have the ability to build strong customer relationships, communicate effectively, approach problem solving with determination and possess strong organisational skills.
