Based in Sydney Olympic Park, we have an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Services team on a 12-month contract.
Reporting to the Director, the role is a key member of a large team supporting all Lion business units through Credit and Payment Services. We strive to make business easy through process excellence, value creation and with customer at the heart of everything we do.
Your role will seek to innovate by developing core logical reporting and analysis through multiple data sets (Financial and non-financial). You will drive stakeholder connection in this process and contribute to the establishment of agreed team KPIs and service level agreements through analysis and forecasting trends relative to measures. The role will also drive core governance and provide standardisation to policies and procedures within the credit and payment services sphere.
You will leverage your highly developed communication and presentation skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to provide exceptional customer service and business partnering outcomes across Finance Services and the broader business during 2019.
Ability to deal with pressure and tight time frames whilst maintaining attention to detail, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications will set you up for success in this role.
