We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Sales Manager in Victoria. Reporting into our State Sales Manager – VIC/TAS, this is an excellent leadership role that offers an opportunity to have a substantial impact on business growth and to coach and develop a team of Independent Grocery Territory Managers, Business Development Executives and a Key Account Executive.
You will be responsible for the Independent Grocery channel, where you will drive profitable and sustainable sales growth for Lion through provision of strong leadership and coaching to a field sales team. Our vision is to have a truly world class sales force through strategic joint business planning, intimate customer knowledge and leading-edge sales processes.
You’ll be an inspiring in-field coach who is energised by achieving through others. Your commercial acumen and in-depth understanding of your region will allow you to cascade business strategy into a regional strategy, and create new and innovative ways to create growth, engagement and capability in your area. You will bring knowledge of the Independents channel, with strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
