Due to an internal promotion, we are currently looking for a people leader to join our Customer Service Centre leadership team. This role reports through to our Service Manager and based in Freemans Bay.
As a Customer Operations Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and development of the inbound team, driving the strategy and building team capability.
You will be passionate about empowering and developing people, as well as live and breathe "customer at the heart". You will tackle tough conversations front on and provide sound advice and direction to facilitate business performance.
Your ability to build effective relationships along with the capability to identify and lead change in both process and system improvements will see you go far in this role. You will have strong business acumen and a demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving.
