Lion Connect (Lion’s national sales contact centre for our beer business) is looking for a Sales Team Leader to join the team reporting to the Sales Manager. This leadership role will have 14 direct reports (Customer Account Executives) and is located at our Sydney Olympic Park office.
Your main responsibility will be to lead your team to achieve sales activities, targets and KPIs. You will also ensure the effective coaching and leadership of the team whilst building a strong sales and customer culture. Other responsibilities include continuous improvement and developing efficiencies to support an effortless customer experience.
This role is a great opportunity to leverage your sales experience to grow the sales and service capability of your team whilst developing your leadership and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced dynamic sales environment.
To excel in this role proven leadership skills in a structured environment would be beneficial, with experience in leading teams though organisational change. High levels of enthusiasm, energy and drive to motivate and develop your team would also be of value, along with a passion for providing great customer experience outcomes.
This is a highly collaborative role, working with a number of internal stakeholders across Lion. This opportunity would suit a dynamic sales leader with a continuous improvement mindset looking to make a difference to Lion and its people.
