We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Lion Connect team as a Service Leader, reporting directly in to the Best Practice & Optimisation Leader.

The successful applicant for this position will lead the Service/Operations team in Lion Connect to deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with the Lion Connect strategy.

In this role you will be leading a dedicated service team to drive efficiencies across Order to Cash processes that influence the customer experience. You will support the operational success of Lion Connect through effective coaching and management of a highly engaged team. In addition to this you will be working on a number of strategic projects that focus on continuous process improvement and support Lion business initiatives. 

In this role, you will need to be a self-driven & resourceful leader with strong stakeholder influencing skills, both internally within Lion and externally with our customers. The ability to lead and develop people and a strong business acumen is also of critical importance.
