Corporate Receptionist/Workplace Services Co-ordinator

We have an opportunity to join the Workplace services team as a Corporate Receptionist/Workplace Services Co-ordinator on a 12-month contract.    The role reports to the Workplace services manager and you will be based in our York street CBD offices.

This full-time role is 5 days a week. You must be available to work shared shift hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm and of the 9:00am – 5:30pm.

This role is highly customer focused and has a large number of customers and stakeholders all with varying requirements. It is responsible for a broad range of activities relating to office and facilities management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinating the daily operations of reception and facilities
  • Effective management of mail and courier processes and systems
  • Call management, meet and greet of external and internal visitors,
  • Co-ordinating site maintenance requests
  • Processing team related invoices,
  • Co-ordinating building security,
  • Other ad-hoc administrate tasks as required.
