Sales Support Coordinator

We are Lion. We are Australia and New Zealand’s largest FMCG business with an expansive beer, wine and dairy portfolio.  We are looking for a dynamic, pro-active sales support coordinator to support the growth of our leading craft and premium wine & beer brands in the Asia Pacific region.


The sales support coordinator is a challenging and demanding role that requires you to take ownership of our customers’ ongoing and adhoc sales, supply, marketing and administrative requirements with the support of the Lion Global Markets (LGM) sales, supply and marketing teams.


Managing the needs of multiple customers across multiple markets while engaging multiple internal stakeholders requires the talents of a natural multi-tasker with outstanding organisational skills. You will also need to possess an engaging and friendly manner and always be prepared to go the extra mile for our customers in order to deliver consistently outstanding service levels.


This is a full time office-based role in Singapore, reporting to the Business Development Manager, South East Asia (SEABDM)         .


Key duties & responsibilities

  • Manage customer requirements including on-boarding of new customers, export documentation, sample requests, account set-ups, credit approvals, brand and product information and specifications, trip itineraries etc.
  • Manage the efficient processing of customer orders from receipt of Purchase Order (PO) to delivery.
  • Manage and update customer order forecasting and reporting of sales
  • Assist with business development opportunities; including preparation of product tenders, brand presentations, price sheets, business reviews 
  • Assist with the development and distribution of trade marketing tools and resources (POSM) for in-market activations, promotions and events.
  • Be the first point of contact for ongoing sales & marketing queries from customers in the region.


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Diploma qualified in business or related discipline
  • Previous experience in a sales/marketing support or coordinator will be an advantange
