Lion Connect, based at Sydney Olympic Park is looking for an Operations Executive reporting to Anitha Pavan, Service Leader for NSW.  This role plays an integral part in ensuring that communications to internal and external customers are performed as required.

In the role of Operations Executive you will be responsible for the management of sales administration tasks, load, report, and communicate on Siebel activities, Trade communications with customers, Management of Spread Sheet loader, back up for roles within the service team and Inbound phone queue as needed.  

To be successful in this role you will be required to:

  • Timely and accurate processing and raising invoices in Ariba and reporting your leader
  • Responding to emails within agreed SLA’s
  • Load, report, and communicate on Siebel activities
  • Trade communications sent to customers within agreed timeframes
  • Take the lead to ensure public holiday communications are sent to customers in a timely manner and error free
  • Input, Investigate and report monthly on Freight Invoices
  • Ensure the knowledge base is kept up to date with new and updated information
  • Take Ownership to continually Improve Processes in this role
  • Collate monthly updates for the service roles to be presented in team meetings
  • Be a Back up for roles within the Service team and meet SLA’s for all assigned tasks
