We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join our NSW Lion Dairy & Drinks (LDD) leadership team, with the role reporting to the NSW State Sales Manager.
The purpose of the role is to lead a highly engaged diverse sales team of Territory Managers to deliver sales & profit growth in a challenging competitive environment across FMCG channels.
You will be a natural born leader, happy to lead from the front and take your team on a journey, whilst coaching in field and on the fly. You also need to have the ability to spot an opportunity, identify the size of the prize and build and execute a plan to achieve through others.

This role is based at Sydney Olympic Park however the majority of your time will be spent in field with your team, our Franchise Owners / Distributors and customers. You will be responsible for the Eastern suburbs, CBD, Inner West & North shore.
