Rockhampton & Capricorn Coast

We’re recruiting for a Sales Executive to work across Rockhampton West to showcase and sell some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International beer, cider & seltzer market. This includes iconic brands such as XXXX, Hahn, Byron Bay, Toohey’s, James Squire, Heineken, Furphy, Guinness, White Claw and Little Creatures.

 

This role services Rockhampton west to Longreach (once a month) & Emerald (once every two weeks) area and surrounding towns and we’re flexible as to where you are based. 

 

What does a day in the life of a Lion Sales Executive look like?

  • You will work with our established customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising and promotional execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers hands.
  • You will travel to our customer sites to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them.
  • You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point and determined brand execution.
  • Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team.
  • Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Customer and consumer obsessed individual, you’ll be driven to build effective and strong customer partnerships.
  • Sales experience: You may come from a FMCG, retail, hospitality or even recruitment or pharmaceuticals background – whichever this may be, you are motivated by sales and have a drive for results.
  • Accountability. You keep your promises and deliver on your commitments.
  • A full, clean drivers’ licence, as well as the ability to work in AUS on a perm basis.
