Integrated Manager Communication - Heineken(R)

Want to work on one of the world’s most iconic beer brands? Do you have a new or old love for the Formula 1® Grand Prix? Love Heineken® & Heineken® 0.0? We are looking for an Integrated Manager Communications (IMC) to join the Heineken® team in Australia.

You will be joining a talented team on the Heineken® Brand within a broader Lion Marketing Team. The core purpose of this role is to drive, execute and amplify big brand ideas across multiple platform and connection points to drive brand equity and conversion. This role is available on a 12 month fixed term contract basis with opportunities beyond. 

In this role, you will be required to work within cross-functional teams to deliver key projects across the long- and short-term horizon. Joining a high calibre, consumer focused team, you will feel supported as you take ownership of your portfolio and key projects. 

A day in the life.. 

  • Drive connections strategy and oversee execution of all brand consumer communication including management of campaign budgets
  • Partner and collaborate with agencies/brand leaders/content and shopper teams
  • Measure, track and share learnings on performance and codify for ROI
  • Build and accelerate connection ideas through owned, earned, shared and paid media using a strong foundation of media planning across all channels (inc. digital).
  • Develop the connections architecture for campaigns by identifying clear roles for connections
  • Identify both traditional and non-traditional media solutions or opportunities (e.g. PR, activation etc.)


What you will need from day one…

  • A strong understanding of the consumer journey through the the end to end communication process
  • Results focus and the ability to hold internal and external partners accountable for delivering projects/campaigns to agreed outcomes
  • Strong consumer focus with the ability to plan, execute and adjust campaign to connect with consumer channel/touchpoint preferences
  • Team mentality and a collaborative attitude
  • Appetite to learn how consumers engage with campaigns, adapting these campaigns based on your learnings
  • Robust knowledge of the Australian digital & media landscape across multiple categories
  • Understands Role of range of paid/earned touchpoints and how to leverage to impact performance using ROI and performance metrics


Your Experience

  • Previous experience in a Connections Planner role in media agency & digital expertise is highly desirable
  • 5+ years agency and or client role leading development and execution of consumer campaigns
