We have an opportunity within our Transformation Program to join the People & Culture / Hire to Retire (H2R) Workstream. The H2R team is striving to create the best people experience possible to help us to attract and retain the talent that we need at Lion now and into the future.
Examples of the activity areas that we are looking at in Hire to Retire include how we recruit and on-board new talent, how our people access and experience learning, the people analytics available to give insights and guide decisions, and how we carry out people practices like our talent and succession process. We will also be focussing on maximising the opportunity for team members and leaders to have self-service access to the information they need.
The successful candidate will actively participate in the project activities across different phases of the project and partner the Lion Hire to Retire team and a 3rd party vendor to implement industry best practices in the Transformation project.
