Lion doesn’t function in a vacuum. We exist and flourish because we are a part of something bigger, and we take responsibility for the ripple effect our actions have on our community. We speak to everyone from customers, distributors, farmers, industry groups, media, government, NGOs, analysts, thought leaders, and community and sponsorship partners to operate in the most ethical and sustainable way possible.
In the past few years, we’ve listened and launched permeate-free milk, sugar-reduced beverage alternatives and introduced light and mid-strength beer categories into the market. We’ve partnered with independent, not-for-profit organisation DrinkWise to voluntarily implement a consumer messaging and labelling program to help people make informed alcohol choices.
In an effort to grow sociability and wellbeing within and outside the company, we support initiatives and organisations that drive real change in the community. We invest in the community through long-term national partnerships, local community sponsorships, brand initiatives and workplace giving. These are some of the great people we work with.
